Job summary
Fortidia is hiring a Shipping Solutions Product Manager for our Milan offices to accelerate growth and adoption of shipping solutions across the MBE Network. The role combines product management, commercial enablement and partner management, serving as the bridge between business needs, technology partners and the Fortidia Network.
The portfolio includes freight, pallet shipping, international wine shipping, and cross-border shipping with duties and taxes calculation and DDP services.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management or international shipping.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong understanding of shipping services and logistics solutions.
- Excellent English; Spanish, French or German are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the strategy for the assigned shipping solutions across the MBE Network.
- Coordinate product launches, go-to-market activities and adoption initiatives across countries.
- Support Product Owners and MBE Centers in identifying business opportunities and increasing product adoption.
- Manage relationships with strategic logistics and technology partners; coordinate new initiatives and improvements.
- Monitor product KPIs, revenues, adoption and operational performance to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT, Legal and Learning & Development for product positioning and adoption across the network.
