Maxphotonics Italy GmbH is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to support the Field Service Engineering team and ensure smooth global service operations. You will coordinate field activities, manage inventory and procurement, and streamline invoicing while collaborating with internal teams and partners, including the China office.

You must stay calm under pressure, own outcomes, and maintain a customer-first mindset as you help shape the future of our global service organization.

Competenze

• Experience in service coordination, logistics, or operations support in technical/engineering settings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to collaborate across teams and time zones.

Mansioni

• Field Coordination: schedule and dispatch Field Service Engineers based on needs.
• Inventory Management: track parts and stock levels at multiple sites.
• Procurement & Financial Admin: create and manage POs, PRs, quotes, invoicing.
• Pre-Ticket Qualification: review tickets before dispatch and define scope.
• Cross-Functional Communication: liaise with China-based teams for parts and escalations.
• Reporting & Follow-up: maintain logs and trackers, drive closure.
