Heritage Holdings is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to shape our growth by identifying, attracting, and closing top talent. You will partner with founders and senior leadership to define hiring strategies and build a cohesive, high-performing team across geographies and business functions.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, rigorous evaluation, and a strong candidate experience, with exposure to finance and technology domains.

Competenze

Proven recruitment experience for executive profiles in fast-moving environments.
Ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Ability to influence diverse stakeholders including technical leaders and business partners.
Deep understanding of recruiting strategies and market dynamics in competitive talent landscapes.
Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
