Danfoss in Veneto region seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the global direction of its refrigeration controller business, shaping strategy, product development, and investments for diverse applications worldwide.

You will translate market insights into priorities and business cases, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and regional teams, and manage the roadmap, lifecycle, and profitability of the portfolio. International travel is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business or related field.
• Significant experience in product/portfolio management in a B2B international environment.
• Proven ability to translate market insight into customer requirements and business cases.

Responsabilidades

• Set global direction and growth strategy for refrigeration controller solutions.
• Engage with OEMs, installers, wholesalers, service partners, and regional teams.
• Shape and manage the roadmap, balancing customer value and profitability.
• Own product lifecycle, topline growth, and portfolio investments.
• Influence across organization by aligning PM, Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations.
