Export Sales Manager – Seed Industry Marche is sought to drive growth in Southern Europe, France, and North Africa. The role requires building dealer networks, organizing field trials, and serving as a trusted advisor to growers, with regular travel and close collaboration with R&D and logistics teams.

The candidate should have 5+ years in B2B seed sales, a degree in Agribusiness or related field, and fluency in Italian and English.

Formación

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience within the seed industry or closely related agricultural field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, or related field.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Willing to travel.
• Fluent in Italian and English; other European languages (French, Spanish) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Expand profitable growth with existing and new customers across Southern Europe, France, and North Africa.
• Define and implement commercial strategy for markets, including pricing, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Develop dealer, distributor, grower, and agent networks for long-term partnerships.
• Organize field trials and customer visits to demonstrate product performance.
• Travel frequently to the assigned markets and report insights to the Sales Manager.
