Enfinity Global is seeking an experienced Global SCADA Manager to take global technical ownership of SCADA design, standards and lifecycle across solar PV, wind and BESS assets. The role requires coordinating with EPCs, OEMs and O&M teams worldwide from Italy, supporting grid integration and OT security within the GICT organization.

The successful candidate will ensure reliable data acquisition, standardization of SCADA architectures, and provide design authority across the portfolio while

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years hands-on SCADA experience in utility-scale solar/wind.
• Experience with renewable energy SCADA systems and turbine controllers.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA platforms and programming languages.
• Italian and English proficiency; willingness to travel 50-60%.

Mansioni

• Define technical requirements and architecture for SCADA systems; review designs by EPCs and vendors.
• Own integration requirements between SCADA and plant controllers, inverters, PPC, BESS, grid operators.
• Review FAT/SAT and provide technical sign-off at milestones on-site or remotely.
• Collaborate with EPCs, OEMs, O&M providers and grid operators to optimize performance.
