Enfinity Global is seeking a Global SCADA Manager based in Italy to own the design, standards and lifecycle of SCADA for solar PV, wind and BESS assets worldwide. You will act as the technical reference, providing guidance and second-level support to local O&M and engineering teams across regions.

The role sits in the GICT IT/OT domain, with a focus on reliable monitoring, data acquisition and secure integration. Occasional international travel and on-site collaboration are expected.

Competenze

• 10+ years hands-on SCADA engineering in utility-scale solar/wind projects
• Experience with turbine controllers and PPC; SCADA platforms familiarity
• Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity and grid interconnection requirements
• Willingness to travel up to 50-60% and work in multinational teams

Mansioni

• Define technical requirements, specs and architecture for SCADA systems across PV, wind and BESS assets
• Own integration requirements between SCADA and plant controllers, inverters, turbines and grid operators
• Review FAT/SAT and provide technical sign-off with EPCs and vendors
• Ensure compliance with standards, templates and documentation across global portfolio
• Provide design authority and second-level support to SCADA and O&M teams in every country
• Oversee OT/ICS cybersecurity controls and regulatory compliance for SCADA networks
• Support asset performance with data quality, dashboards and KPI monitoring
• Document and maintain as-built records and central SCADA library
• Collaborate with EPCs, OEMs, O&M providers and grid operators to optimize performance
