Amazon is seeking an experienced business-oriented Robotics System Integration & Deployment Engineer II to lead first-time deployments of advanced automation technologies and develop comprehensive documentation for global rollouts. Join our Robotics Delivery and Packaging Innovation International team, turning complex automation into scalable, deployable solutions across the fulfillment network.

You will own deployment execution, align cross-functional teams, and document processes for

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related STEM field.
3+ years leading automation deployment projects.
Hands-on experience with robotics, material handling systems, or warehouse automation technologies.
Proven track record creating technical documentation for field teams.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Experience troubleshooting complex technical systems on-site.

Lead end-to-end deployment lifecycle from planning through go-live, managing on-site execution during Alpha and Beta phases including installation, commissioning, and validation
Align cross-functional teams, vendors, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery
Transform deployment complexity into scalable solutions by creating and improving comprehensive documentation and deliverables that convert initial implementations into ready-to-scale procedures
Evaluate and deliver large-scale automation technologies including conveyance, sortation and robotics systems
