MUVIQ is seeking a Red X Problem Solving Expert to lead high-impact investigations across global operations. You will drive root-cause analysis using Shainin Red X® and advanced statistics, coaching teams, and promoting best-in-class problem-solving across the organization.

Responsibilities include cross-functional facilitation, process risk mitigation for new launches, and presenting results to leadership. This is a highly visible role with international travel to multiple plants.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's in mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing environments.
• 5+ years applying Shainin Red X® problem-solving methodology.

Mansioni

• Lead complex root cause investigations using Shainin Red X® methodology.
• Drive breakthrough solutions for chronic manufacturing and quality issues.
• Coach and develop engineers and plant teams in structured problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Product/Manufacturing Engineering, R&D, Operations, and Supplier Quality.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and customers.
