Hashlist seeks a Senior Quality & Problem-Solving Expert (Master Black Belt) to drive advanced reactive problem-solving across major automotive programs. You will lead structured methods such as Shainin Red X and Kepner-Tregoe to identify root causes, implement robust corrective actions, and strengthen continuous improvement across engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions.

Based in Turin, Italy, with cross-site collaboration across Europe, the role offers a permanent or freelance

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Manufacturing, or related Engineering.
• Certified Master Black Belt (Shainin Red X / Kepner-Tregoe / Six Sigma) highly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing or product quality.
• Proven experience leading structured root-cause analysis and cross-functional corrective actions.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and statistical tools (SPC, DOE, PFMEA, Control Plans).
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• International experience and cross-cultural collaboration mindset.
• Fluent English; Italian or other European language is a plus.

• Integrate lessons learned and design standards into preventive processes.

The role drives structured methodologies such as Shainin Red X, Kepner-Tregoe, and Six Sigma to identify root causes, implement robust corrective actions, and strengthen continuous improvement culture across engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions.
