Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing industry.
• 1+ years of experience in an operational or administrative role.
• Experience aligned to core competencies for the role (e.g. leadership roles, volunteer work).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, panel and onsite interviews across multiple units and regions.
• Manage logistics for the interview process, including travel and reimbursements; greet candidates onsite.
• Audit Employment Agreements and ensure Background Investigations are completed before start date.
• Build partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers; act as a thought partner to optimize the process.
