Elite Associates is supporting a leading global luxury brand in its search for a CRM & Client Data Specialist to join its international Marketing Operations / User Experience team. The role is a hybrid CRM and Digital Transformation position, combining Salesforce expertise, project deployment and stakeholder management across global markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRM management or closely related CRM project environment.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and CRM platforms (no coding skills required).
• Experience in CRM rollout, platform adoption, business requirements, testing or continuous improvement would be highly valuable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with interactions across business and technical teams.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Availability to work on-site in Maranello.

Responsibilities

• Support the global rollout and adoption of the CRM platform across regions and local markets.
• Act as a key point of contact for regional and local teams, providing hands-on support throughout deployment and platform stabilization.
• Collect feedback and business needs from different markets and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for central and technical teams.
• Support Salesforce releases, including testing and validation of new features and fixes.
• Identify platform issues, operational risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support local teams during key international events, helping ensure effective platform usage and client data collection.
• Develop and share best practices, ensuring learnings from different markets are incorporated into future releases.
• Work closely with cross-functional and technical stakeholders to support the ongoing evolution of the CRM platform.
