Anaergia is seeking an experienced accounting/administrative professional to manage project invoicing, billing schedules, and related documentation. You will support Italian accounts payable review, ensure contractual accuracy, and coordinate with project managers and service teams to maintain accurate cost allocation.

Competenze

• Diploma in Accounting (Ragioneria) or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in administrative/accounting roles.
• Experience with project/contract-based companies is preferred.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable and VAT handling across domestic, EU and non-EU.
• Able to read and understand commercial contracts and purchase orders.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel.

Mansioni

• Open and manage administrative aspects of project jobs and contracts.
• Enter customer orders and billing schedules for projects and services.
• Issue customer invoices in line with contracts and sales orders, liaising with PMs and Service Dept.
• Verify tax and contractual accuracy of invoicing documents.
• Manage documentation for invoicing (milestones, reports, orders).
• Support posting of Italian AP invoices and ensure proper cost allocation.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers on accounting matters.
• Assist with Intrastat declarations and VAT settlements.
• Update ISTAT turnover figures and payment due-date schedules.
• Support monthly/quarterly/year-end closing and reporting.
