Anaergia is seeking a Finance and Accounting professional to support the Finance and Accounting Manager in financial and economic control activities, contributing to monitoring performance, preparing reports, and overseeing the internal control system.

The role includes transfer pricing documentation coordination, data analysis, and collaboration across departments to ensure compliant reporting and robust financial processes within a multinational setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of experience in controlling, auditing, or accounting.
• Experience with transfer pricing preferred.
• Experience in multinational environments and ICFR is a plus.

• Prepare monthly reports (P&L, cash flow, KPIs).

Job Overview

The candidate will support the Finance and Accounting Manager, with an increasing degree of autonomy, in financial and economic control activities, contributing to the monitoring of company performance, the preparation of reports, and the oversight of the internal control system.

In addition, the candidate will provide support for activities related to transfer pricing documentation, in coordination with external consultants and other group entities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Reporting and Analysis

• Preparation of monthly reports (P&L, cash flow, KPIs)
• Analysis of variances between actual vs. budget/forecast data
• Collection, verification, and reconciliation of financial and economic data

1. Budgeting and Forecasting

• Assistance with the preparation of the annual budget
• Updating periodic forecasts
• Liaising with various company departments for data collection
• Analysis of key variances and financial performance

1. Support for accounting and administrative processes

• Support for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Verifying consistency between accounting and management reporting
• Identify and resolve any issues that arise with accounting processes both transactional and reporting
• Analyze new business transactions in order to identify potential risks in relation to indirect and direct taxation
• Collaboration with the accounting team

1. Transfer Pricing

• Support in preparing transfer pricing documentation (Local File)
• Data collection and coordination with external consultants
• Analysis and reconciliation of intra-group transactions
• Support with related tax compliance activities

1. Internal Control System

• Maintenance and updating of the internal control system (ICFR)
• Collaboration in reviewing processes and controls (e.g., Risk and Control Matrix, flowcharts)
• Collection and organization of documentation supporting the controls
• Support during internal/external audit activities

1. Processes and Tools

• Advanced use of Excel for data analysis
• Use of ERP and reporting tools
• Contributing to the improvement of control processes and tools

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field

Experience

• 5 years of experience in controlling, auditing, or accounting
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in companies with project-based accounting
  • Experience at multinational companies
  • Experience in environments with a structured internal control system (ICFR)
  • Experience preparing transfer pricing documentation (Local File)

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of national accounting standards and IFRS
• Excellent knowledge of Excel (advanced level)
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics, Zucchetti Ad-Hoc)
• Basic knowledge of internal controls and audit processes
• Familiarity with tax issues and transfer pricing
