IDLO in Rome seeks a Programme Lead to manage and coordinate the organisation's global programme portfolio, ensuring delivery aligns with strategy, donor contracts and quality standards.

The role involves budgeting, monitoring, reporting, and liaison with partners, UN agencies, government bodies and CSOs. A Masters in Law or related field and 8–10 years’ international experience are required, with English and Spanish fluency and willingness to travel.

Competenze

• Masters degree (or equivalent) in Law, International Relations Development Studies or other related field is required.
• Minimum 8-10 years of significant relevant professional experience within an international organization, designing and implementing complex programmes.

Mansioni

• Lead the coordination of programme implementation, including work planning, budget management, monitoring, and reporting.
• Monitor implementation issues and adjust project design and work plans as needed.
• Maintain oversight of financial management and forecasting with reports.
• Review and input on annual/quarterly reports and ensure quality of outputs.
• Design and edit legal working papers and briefs for programme outputs.
• Represent IDLO to partners, donors, and government officials; liaise with stakeholders in the rule of law field.
