Hitachi Energy is seeking a motivated Management Engineering student for a global Field Service process transformation internship. You will support design, standardization, and implementation of processes across international teams in Service, Sales, HR, and Communications.

This role offers hands-on experience in Operations Excellence, Program Management, Change Management, and Digitalization initiatives, with exposure to dashboards, KPI tracking, and governance activities within a

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree student in Management Engineering.
• Mandatory English proficiency at C1 (Advanced) level or higher.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to actively participate in international meetings and prepare professional documentation in English.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot).
• Interest in Operations, Project Management, Business Transformation, Digitalization, and Continuous Improvement.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Visio will be considered a plus.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies will be considered a plus.
