Pirelli & C. S.p.A. is offering a Planning & Reporting internship in Milan to gain hands-on experience in controlling the Group P&L. You will be trained to analyze results, explain variances, and support monthly reporting for actuals and forecasts.

The role emphasizes consolidation, IFRS compliance, and preparing concise management summaries. English and Italian fluency, along with strong Excel skills, are required.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Economics or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to work in a team with clear communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Assist consolidation of the group P&L and validate data coherence across analysis dimensions.
• Support variance analysis and identify significant trends.
• Prepare monthly P&L reports for actual results and forecasts per IFRS and accounting manual.
• Create financial summaries for top management and board with timely, consistent reports.
