Pirelli & C. S.p.A. in Milan is seeking a highly skilled professional to join the Methods & Systems team. You will work on profitability data generation, support budget processes, and ensure coherent financial analysis across the group.

You will monitor KPIs, transfer monthly data to controlling systems, and contribute to the design and testing of new tools with IT. Fluency in English and Italian, a MSc in a related field, and strong data management skills are required.

Competenze

Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Fluency in English and Italian.
Meticulous data management and analysis.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; basic SAP.
Knowledge of Oracle ERP tools for EPM or familiarity with statistical tools.
Good communication, teamwork, and proactive problem solving.

Mansioni

Pirelli Group local profitability data generation and reporting with HQ collaboration.
Support yearly budget and monthly closures through rolling forecasts and plans.
Analyze profitability data and ensure coherence across analysis dimensions.
Define and monitor economic and financial KPIs to support decisions.
Ensure monthly data transfer from accounting to controlling systems.
Share P&L information with local subsidiaries.
Monitor profitability with Transfer Pricing policy in collaboration with Tax.
Design, develop, and test new internal controlling systems with IT.
