Amplifon cerca un/una stagista per il team Global Planning & Control presso la sede di Milano. Il periodo è di 6 mesi con avvio a ottobre 2026.

La risorsa supporterà forecasting, budgeting e KPI a livello globale, collaborando con i partner di business e contribuendo alla digitalizzazione dei KPI, con orario dal lunedì al venerdì e affiancamento al team Finance.

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale o laureando in Finanza/Economia.
• Buona padronanza di Excel.
• Buone capacità analitiche e attenzione ai dettagli.

Mansioni

• Supporta i processi di forecasting e budgeting a livello globale.
• Assiste nel reporting e nei KPI per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi finanziari.
• Collabora con il business su prestazioni finanziarie e decisioni di investimento.
• Supporta la digitalizzazione dei KPI e interagisce con i partner di business.

Global Planning & Control Internship | starting date: October 2026 | 6 months | Milan

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Global Planning & Control teamthe Finance department division.

Does the opportunity sound interesting to you?

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Support monthly Forecasting & Budgeting processes on global level
• Assists functions with Reporting and KPIs to support the achievement of financial targets
• Partnering with the business on all elements of financial performance and strategy, providing financial guidance on new business models and decisions in evaluating returns on investments
• Support in the Digitalization of KPI’s
• Be a point of reference for Business Partners in both countries and corporate.

You are the right person if you:

• Are a graduate student in Finance, Economics, or similar
• Speak English fluently.
• Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Possess exceptional attention to detail.
• Are able to set priorities and manage and a variety of tasks.
• Have a natural inclination to be organized and responsive to requests in a timely manner.
• Possess a positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as with a team.
• Are confident to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Are results oriented with good communication skills.

• 6 months internshipin our Global Headquarters located in Via Giuseppe Ripamonti 133.
• 1000€ as monthly gross reimbursement.
• Full time experience, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you’ll be working with!).
