Job summary

SKF Group seeks a Product Development and Engineering Manager - Electronics and Controllers to lead a multinational team designing electronic boards, sensors and controllers for lubrication systems, from early studies to validation, industrialization and lifecycle support.

You will translate global needs into technical requirements, drive cross-site collaboration, and manage projects to meet quality, cost and schedule targets while ensuring compliance and robust design.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in product development and engineering.
• Strong understanding of hardware development, integration, verification and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a multinational Product Development and Engineering team across sites.
• Set technical direction for electronic boards, sensors, controllers and system solutions from concept to series production and lifecycle support.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, priorities, plans and interfaces.
• Lead complex development projects ensuring targets for function, quality, cost and schedule.
• Ensure robust design, verification, validation, documentation, industrialization readiness and compliance with standards.
• Foster cross-cultural collaboration and alignment on technical priorities and ways of working.
• Coordinate technical support, sustain engineering and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
