Job summary

ABB Robotics is seeking a Senior Business Transformation professional to design and implement the ABB Robotics Operating System and enterprise performance framework. You will translate strategy into measurable objectives, governance mechanisms, and performance insights that enable fact-based decisions and consistent execution across the organization.

This is a global role with preferred locations including Milano, Zürich, Friedberg, Barcelona, Milton Keynes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in enterprise performance management, operating systems, strategy execution, or business transformation within a complex global organization.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing KPI frameworks, management routines, and performance governance mechanisms that drive business results.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational performance management, connecting strategic objectives to measurable outcomes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create clarity from complex information.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience with senior executives and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the ABB Robotics Operating System: Establish the management routines, governance mechanisms, and operating cadence that drive execution and decision-making across the organization.
• Build the enterprise performance framework: Define an integrated set of objectives, KPIs, and performance measures connecting strategy, financial outcomes, and operational execution.
• Establish the Executive Committee operating cadence: Design and run management routines, performance reviews, governance forums, and decision-making processes.
• Drive transparency and accountability: Establish a single source of truth for enterprise performance and enable data-driven decisions.
• Align performance measurement across the organization: Partner with Business Lines, Functions, Finance, and Data teams for consistent KPI definitions and reporting.
• Simplify and improve performance management: Identify duplication and complexity to drive standardization across the organization.
• Lead and develop the team: Build performance management capabilities and improve the Operating System's effectiveness.
