ABB Robotics seeks a Transformation Manager to drive the integrated execution of the global transformation portfolio. You will orchestrate strategic initiatives across Business Lines and Functions, translating priorities into a clear roadmap, managing risks, and ensuring measurable outcomes.

This is a global role with preferred locations including Milano, and a hybrid working model. You will lead with senior executives, influence decisions without direct authority, and accelerate delivery across

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy execution, enterprise program leadership, or a similar role within a complex global organization.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs or portfolios that deliver measurable business impact.
• Strong understanding of transformation value realization, with the ability to connect strategic initiatives to financial and operational outcomes.
• Experience working with senior executives and influencing decisions without direct organizational authority.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen, with the ability to translate complexity into clear priorities and actions.
• Demonstrated people leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, combined with the resilience and execution focus required in a fast-paced environment.
