FoodChain ID seeks a Global Organic Service Line Leader based in Italy with international scope to drive growth and technical leadership across the global organic certification business.

You will unify regional activities under a global strategy, build key partnerships, and expand capabilities while engaging with regulators, auditors and customers worldwide. Travel is required for senior stakeholder engagement.

Competenze

• Significant experience in organic certification, organic agriculture, food certification or TIC environments.
• Strong commercial track record in growth, partnerships or market expansion.
• Proven ability to lead international, cross-functional teams and travel internationally.

Mansioni

• Define and deliver the global growth strategy for organic certification services.
• Monitor global sector trends, regulations, export requirements and customer needs.
• Build relationships with major food, agriculture and retail organisations.
• Lead development of technical standards, policies and guidance across the service line.
• Oversee accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance of global operations.
• Represent the company in industry associations and external forums.
