FoodChain ID Group is seeking an experienced professional to lead the International Desk in Italy from Bologna, coordinating accreditation oversight for international offices. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and training for inspectors, while developing partnerships and maintaining regulatory alignment.

The role requires travel as needed, strong knowledge of organic and food safety certification schemes, and the ability to operate in an international context, with

Competenze

• Experience in certification (organic, food safety) and leading technical or scheme office teams.
• Strong project coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive approach with results orientation.
• Ability to work in international and multicultural contexts.
• Practical knowledge of accreditation processes and technical background.
• Availability to travel, as required
• Good English; other languages are a plus

Mansioni

• Manage the International Desk in Italy and provide technical and accreditation oversight to international offices against organic/product certification schemes.
• Collaborate with Italy-based quality teams to meet deadlines and requirements.
• Support inspector training and ensure milestones are met on time.
• Maintain relationships with partners and explore new opportunities for synergy.
• Ensure offices comply with accreditation requirements and participate in relevant audits.
