KION Group AG in Lombardy (Italy) seeks an Order Manager to support order processing and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing and logistics, ensuring timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in order fulfillment, strong SAP experience, and fluency in Italian and English. A higher education degree is preferred, with opportunities for career development within the KION brands.

Competenze

• Two/Three years of experience ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Experience with SAP Sales Order reports and order confirmations.
• Italian and English language are mandatory.
• High School or University degree(s) required.

Mansioni

• Collect, process and report customer orders input, verifying accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate info records of order transactions and consequent customer interactions.
• Analyze Production order data to identify trends and address actions for resolution/improvement like product availability or delivery delays.
• Cross Functional support to manufacturing and logistics teams in check stock availability, Order release ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• MFG performance data collection for periodical KPI reporting (On Time Delivery, Quality, Orders Changes, Volumes, ...).
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to improve order process.
