Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/Management/Economics or related field.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required.
• Minimum 5 years in Operations, PMO, Business Operations or Project Management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and international stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting, reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual planning and governance processes across Business Units and key functions.
• Manage global calendars, operational standards and workflows.
• Support delivery of strategic initiatives for business performance and excellence.
• Coordinate budget planning, monitoring and forecasting activities.
• Define and manage KPI frameworks, dashboards and reporting.
• Ensure data quality and reliability of business insights.
• Support decision-making through reporting, analysis and monitoring.
• Identify and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency.
• Own and develop SharePoint environments and digital collaboration tools.
• Ensure knowledge management through documentation and governance frameworks.
