Avio Aero is offering an Operational Leadership and Management Program (OMLP), a two‑year development track with three 8‑month rotations across five Italian plants to build supply chain leadership and technical know‑how.

Participants receive global trainings in lean operations, supply chain management, and leadership coursework, while collaborating across diverse teams to deliver measurable business impact and to develop a strong international network.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace, Mechanical, Energy, Materials Engineering from an accredited University or college.
• Junior experience (e.g., co-op, intern) in manufacturing/global supply chain preferred.
• Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Willingness to work across Avio Aero’s five manufacturing locations in Italy.
