Roboze is seeking a highly strategic and execution-driven Vice President of Operations to build and scale the company’s global operational backbone. This leadership role combines manufacturing operations, supply chain, and digital manufacturing across RAM partners and customer networks.
The VP Operations will report to the COO and drive operational discipline, governance, and scalable processes to enable rapid, resilient, and qualified production worldwide, including Bari relocation
Competenze
- 10–15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, scaling, and supply chain.
- Proven track record transforming operations in fast-growing industrial environments.
- Experience with ERP-driven governance and KPI systems.
Mansioni
- Lead manufacturing operations across global production environments, improving throughput and reliability.
- Establish planning, shopfloor execution, and governance processes with clear ownership and accountability.
- Build scalable governance, KPI systems, and structured decision cadences.
- Drive supply chain resilience, dual-sourcing, forecasting, and procurement governance.
- Scale the RAM partner network and distributed manufacturing while ensuring customer continuity.
