Job summary

Tether Ltd. is seeking an experienced Corporate Offsites & Travel Manager to lead regional meetings, executive dinners, and our global travel program.

You will design scalable playbooks, manage VIP travel, and govern the relationship with our TMC. In this role you will own end-to-end regional offsites, curate private dining experiences, oversee vendor contracts, and drive policy compliance while delivering high traveler satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading corporate meetings and travel management operations.
• 2+ years of direct people management or supervising staff.
• Proven track record managing 3rd-party Travel Management Company relationships and group travel logistics.
• Experience coordinating travel manifests, hotel room blocks, and VIP concierge services for large events.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• External & VIP Event Travel Support: act as travel focal point for flagship VIP events; manage flight manifests, ground transfers, and VIP travel.
• Regional Offsites & Corporate Dinners: plan end-to-end offsites, source venues, and coordinate private dining; develop repeatable playbooks.
• Corporate Travel & TMC Governance: oversee TMC SLA performance, OBT adoption, policy updates, and duty-of-care frameworks.
• Administrative & Stakeholder Management: track budgets, audit TMC feeds, and manage purchase orders; analyze travel data post-event.
• Team Leadership & People Management: supervise Travel & Logistics Coordinator and staff; balance workloads and set performance goals.
