Job summary

Tether.io is seeking an experienced Corporate Offsites & Travel Manager to lead regional internal meetings, executive dinners, and our global corporate travel program. You will design scalable playbooks, manage VIP travel for flagship events, and govern the travel management relationship to ensure policy compliance and high traveler satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading corporate meetings, regional offsites, and travel operations.
• 2+ years direct people management or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing TMC relationships and group travel logistics.
• Experience coordinating travel manifests, VIP logistics, and events.
• Proven skills in venue sourcing, catering coordination, and run-of-show planning.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional offsites and corporate dinners from planning to execution.
• Oversee external events travel, VIP logistics, and guest itineraries.
• Govern the TMC relationship, SLAs, and policy compliance.
• Coordinate budgets, billing, and post-event travel analytics.
• Mentor travel and events staff and manage workload across the team.
