Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate export documentation.
• Coordinate cargo pickup/transfer and monitor status.
• Communicate with authorities, customers and suppliers internationally.
• Obtain spot rates when necessary.
• Communicate with overseas agents and clients about shipment status.
• Track shipments and update customers/agents.
• Create customer invoices and approve payables.
• Audit files for accuracy and completion.
• Ensure accurate data entry and document upload into the system.
• Assist other departments or branch manager as needed.
