Energy Dome seeks a Mechanical Team Lead to guide our Mechanical Engineering group through the execution of utility-scale energy storage projects. You will coordinate Static Equipment, Mechanical Design, Piping and Stress Analysis, ensuring safety, quality and technical excellence across all deliverables.

The role partners with Process, Plant Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning to move projects from early engineering to manufacturing and start-up, while mentoring a growing

Competenze

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in Mechanical Engineering within EPC, industrial plants, power generation, renewables or process industries.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate the Mechanical Engineering team across static equipment, mechanical design, piping design and stress analysis.
• Plan and supervise mechanical activities across multiple international EPC projects.
• Ensure timely delivery and technical quality of engineering docs, calculations, drawings and deliverables.
• Review and approve mechanical designs, equipment calculations and specifications.
• Support mechanical design of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks and piping systems.
• Coordinate interfaces with Process, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Procurement and Construction teams.
• Prepare and review technical specifications, datasheets and material requisitions.
• Lead supplier evaluations, including RFQs, bid evaluations, design reviews and vendor documentation approvals.
• Provide engineering support during manufacturing, inspections, FATs, construction, commissioning and start-up.
