Qualifications

• Degree in Material Engineering, Textile Engineering, or Material Science.
• Around 2 years of industry experience.
• Understanding of textile/leather chemical engineering and production processes.
• Knowledge of emerging material technologies in fashion.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with EU sustainability regulations and testing standards is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret experimental data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Research and scout innovative materials and technologies for fashion and luxury sectors.
• Coordinate laboratory activities, testing processes, and sample logistics.
• Support prototyping and development of new products.
• Assist multi-stakeholder groups on durability and EU sustainability regulations.
• Prepare reports and client materials and track project timelines.
