Campari Group is seeking a Senior role to own end-to-end delivery of New Product Development projects, renovations and market customisations. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across Innovation, Supply Chain and Marketing and ensure timely, high-quality product introductions for global markets.
The position requires 3–5 years in NPD/PM or supply chain, strong leadership, structured planning, and excellent English communication.

The indicative annual gross salary (base salary) for this position ranges within 46 000 to 50 000€, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall profile.
The role is classified in accordance with the "industria alimentare" collective labour agreement – level 1.
The position might also include a variable compensation component and a benefits package in line with applicable company policies.
