AB InBev invites recent graduates to join the Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) program. The 10-month program includes 3–4 month rotations, offering a structured 70-20-10 learning approach focused on on-the-job learning, exposure to broader operations, and formal training.

Successful candidates will demonstrate leadership potential, ownership, collaboration, and adaptability while being willing to relocate within the country and across Europe. English fluency and a valid work permit are required.

Competenze

• Must have graduated before Sep 2027 and no more than two years prior.
• Fluent English required and native language of applying country.
• Valid permanent visa/work permit in country of application.
