Reverse, a leading international luxury design company, seeks a Business Development Manager to lead European and Asian sales from Milan, driving growth in premium markets. You will manage territory and regional managers and build a high-impact showroom network across key cities.

The role demands proven experience in luxury interiors or related industries, with a focus on developing new business, expanding distribution, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Competenze

• Fluent English required, additional languages a plus.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and grow sales across European and Asian territories, hitting targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, showrooms, architects and designers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the distribution network.
• Increase brand visibility through showroom development and showroom-network engagement.
• Organise events, presentations and networking to boost brand awareness.
• Coordinate with showrooms to promote product specs in design projects.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity and provide feedback.
• Maintain CRM-based reporting of sales activities and forecast.
• Contribute to refining the commercial strategy with a proactive approach.
