Visionnaire, a leader in luxury interiors and turnkey design solutions, seeks a Senior Commercial leader to drive growth across furniture, FF&E and real estate services. Based in Milan/Bologna, the role oversees Sales, Marketing, and Business Development with a strong emphasis on international expansion and profitability.

• Industry background in luxury, design, interiors, furniture, hospitality or high-end property.
• Proven international sales leadership managing complex networks, overseas markets, dealers and key clients.
• Strategic planning, high-level negotiation and brand storytelling.

Mansioni

• Define and oversee global commercial strategy with operational plans by region, channel, customer and project type.
• Coordinate sales leadership, manage pipeline and margins, and ensure accountability through KPIs with cross-functional teams.
• Strengthen marketing support for sales, develop tools (product cards, room packages, dealer materials) and ensure international consistency.
• Lead CRM adoption, build a data-driven culture and establish routines for meetings, reviews and post-mortems.
