Aero Alliance, Inc. is seeking a Global Process Engineer to develop and deploy global standards that improve reliability, availability, and performance of manufacturing equipment and processes.

You will lead cross-functional teams to implement proactive measures, standardize equipment and processes, and drive cost reduction through standardization. This role emphasizes lean methodology and a “One Product One Process” mindset to drive SQDC goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of industrial experience in manufacturing or quality.
• 5+ years in a technical role with expertise in Packaging, Material Transport, Material Handling.
• Strong knowledge of engineering concepts and quality processes.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, and schematics.

Mansioni

• Develop packaging, material transportation, material conveyance, and handling standards; deploy globally.
• Lead transformation toward automated material transportation solutions including AGVs.
• Define and control global processes for manufacturing assets, including testing, maintenance plans, spare parts strategy, and training.
• Validate engineering specifications and shop floor application of new processes across functions.
• Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies (FMEA, RCA).
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, and safety teams on preventive and predictive programs.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve quality.
