Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of dispatcher experience in e‑commerce or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of the service area geography and routing.
• Proficient in dispatching software, GPS tracking, and MS Office (Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; well organized with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming orders and delivery requests from multiple channels.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes considering traffic, time windows, and vehicle capacity.
• Assign tasks to drivers and monitor progress throughout the day.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams about status, delays, and issues.
• Use dispatch software and GPS to monitor fleet and performance; generate daily efficiency reports.
• Resolve operational problems such as breakdowns, delays, or complaints promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches and driver activities; ensure safety compliance.
