Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in relevant field.
• Previous customer service experience in shipping/logistics ideal.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with digital tools and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional customer support across channels.
• Handle inquiries and service requests per defined SLAs.
• Own requests from initial contact to resolution with follow-up.
• Coordinate with Operations, Documentation, Logistics and Sales.
• Promote MyZIM adoption and collect customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate data in internal systems.
