Baker Hughes is seeking a Logistics Box & Packing Leader to manage B&P activities for the Marina di Carrara Port and related logistics sites. The role requires coordinating providers, controlling KPIs, and driving HSE and quality targets within the Avenza logistics team.

Ideal candidates will have a strong logistics background, effective communication, and ability to lead small teams across multiple sites while aligning with production goals and cost-saving initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or a high school diploma with 4+ years in Logistics.
• Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Logistics.

Mansioni

• Coordinate logistics providers to ensure on-time transactions and packing closure.
• KPIs analysis.
• Supervise shipping operations at Marina di Carrara Port.
• Establish strong synergies with Manufacturing Cells for smooth communication and quick problem-solving.
• Prevent and manage priorities to meet business targets.
• Supervise and optimize storage areas sharing initiatives with other Logistics sites.
• Establish strong relationships with other BH B&P Leaders.
• Monitor ERP transactions and ensure accurate system/material status.
• Lead HSE and Quality target inspections and improvements.
• Monitor B&P costs and propose cost-saving initiatives.
