Richemont in Italy is seeking a Product Manager to empower boutiques, drive category growth through strategic launches, and align with regional teams to execute Maison strategies. You will translate local market insights into actionable plans, lead launches, trainings, and tools for sales support, and monitor performance and stock across the Italian market.

The role offers impact within a prestigious luxury maison, with a focus on local ideas and collaboration.

Competenze

Experience in project management, sales forecasting and analytics.

Strong collaboration and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

Lead local product launches using the 360 toolbox and cross-functional guidelines (animations, stories, events, PR).
Collaborate with Boutiques to ensure alignment with local needs.
Provide forecasts and manage allocations between Boutiques; train local teams on new products.
Gather feedback on new collections and coordinate for reports and post-event analyses.
Create/adapt tools for local sales (launch documents, newsletters).
Oversee product topics including collections highlighting and visual merchandising approvals.
Propose local sales budgets and latest estimates; monitor performance and define action plans.
Manage stock and forecasts; address shortfalls and escalate risks.
