World Food Programme seeks a Staff Development Officer to lead learning and capacity development advisory services for Programme Operations. The role designs, develops, and implements learning solutions to enhance staff capabilities and support operational priorities globally.

The incumbent will oversee cross-functional trainings, coordinate with experts and vendors, and drive a strategic learning plan with continuous evaluation to inform workforce decisions.

Competenze

• University degree in Learning and Development or related field.
• Postgraduate studies in the same areas are an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in L&D.

Mansioni

• Lead the design, development and implementation of learning solutions for staff.
• Oversee technical, cross-cutting and soft skills trainings.
• Coordinate with internal experts, trainers, and vendors.
• Develop guidelines for streamlined L&D processes for HQ and field.
