Zusammenfassung

World Food Programme in Rome seeks a Learning and Development Specialist to lead and coordinate global learning initiatives for Programme Operations. You will design, develop, and implement learning solutions to ensure staff can effectively deliver WFP's mandate and adapt to best practices in the humanitarian sector.

The role requires managing a team, partnering with internal experts and vendors, and monitoring training impact to inform workforce decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of postgraduate, professionally relevant experience.
• Experience leading and developing training events for diverse audiences within international humanitarian or development organizations.
• Experience designing learning resources for emergency preparedness and response is an asset.
