Experteer Italy is seeking a senior leader to head the Global Gas Seal Support Systems engineering organization, spanning pre-order to post-order activities. You will drive engineering excellence, standardisation, and onboarding of best practices while managing a multidisciplinary, international team.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and customers to deliver high-quality solutions and support business growth, ensuring on-time, accurate deliverables and continuous improvement across

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Instrumentation Engineering.
• 20+ years of engineering experience with at least 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong expertise in gas seal systems and process industries (oil & gas, chemical, pharma, turbomachinery).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Lead the global Gas Seal Support Systems engineering organization from RFQ to final design release.
• Own end-to-end engineering lifecycle and ensure on-time, accurate deliverables.
• Manage and develop a global team of Engineering Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Engineers.
• Drive productivity, standardisation, and continuous improvement for business growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Projects, Procurement, and Manufacturing to align priorities.
• Drive process standardisation, automation, and adoption of global best practices.
• Coordinate with regional teams and customers for technical alignment and project execution.
• Support product development, R&D, NPD, and cost optimisation initiatives.
