WHD Consulting Ltd. in Sicily seeks an IT Project Manager for an 18-month contract to lead IT infrastructure, connectivity, and workplace IT projects across local and global teams. You will drive planning, migration, and documentation to ensure successful delivery.

You will coordinate with Facility Management and construction partners while aligning IT delivery with business stakeholders. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

• Experience in IT project management and global IT structures.
• Strong communication and documentation skills in Italian and English.
• Proactive stakeholder management and structured working style.

Mansioni

• Coordinate IT infrastructure planning including LAN/WLAN/ISP design.
• Coordinate global connectivity, lab IT and workplace IT standards.
• Oversee construction move coordination with FM and planners.
• Plan migrations, testing, cut-over activities and documentation.
• Produce runbooks, cut-over plans and project deliverables.
• Develop network and workplace documentation and decommissioning plans.
