TXT Group's HSPI S.p.A. in Rome is seeking a Project Manager with experience in management or ICT consulting to lead complex IT projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will plan and monitor both Waterfall and Agile deliveries, control timelines, budgets, and quality, oversee Go-Live activities, and drive business analysis, process improvement, governance, and change management across delivery and deployment teams.

Competenze

• Experience leading complex IT projects with plan, monitor, risk management and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience in PMO, Project Governance and Program Management with KPI, WBS, reporting.
• Experience in business process analysis and functional requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of IT Governance and IT Service Management best practices.
• Ability to produce project documentation, executive reports, and dashboards.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of the English language.

HSPI S.p.A., a leading company in IT Governance services and part of the TXT Group, is expanding its team in Rome and is looking for a Project Manager with experience in management consulting or ICT consulting, capable of managing complex projects, interacting with clients, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor implementation projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, quality, risks, and stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Coordinate Go-Live activities, ensuring the proper execution of implementation plans and release checklists.
• Monitor project progress, identify critical issues, and define appropriate corrective actions.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Analyze business and IT processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Define operational procedures and support the evolution of organizational operating models.

Governance & Change Management

• Support Demand Management activities by contributing to the prioritization of project initiatives.
• Define and support Change Management plans aimed at facilitating the adoption of new processes and solutions.
• Foster coordination and communication between Business, Delivery, and Deployment teams.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring continuous alignment on project objectives and progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex IT projects, including planning, monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies.
• Experience in PMO, Project Governance, and Program Management, with the ability to define KPIs, WBS, executive reporting, and governance models.
• Experience in business process analysis and functional requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of IT Governance and IT Service Management best practices.
• Ability to produce project documentation, executive reports, and performance monitoring dashboards.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of the English language.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Public Administration organizations and/or in-house companies.
• Experience in ServiceNow implementation projects, particularly involving SPM, ITSM, and Contract Management solutions.
