Job summary

Translated Srl is hiring an experienced Interpreting Project Manager to lead end-to-end interpreting projects (simultaneous, consecutive, sign language) on-site, remotely, or in hybrid settings. You will advise clients, coordinate interpreters and technicians, monitor sessions, and ensure quality within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Project Manager in interpreting.
• Strong understanding of interpreting modes and event management.
• Excellent English; additional German or French preferred.
• Strong computer and web proficiency; client-facing communication.
• Attention to detail; ability to work under pressure and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Project management across interpreting projects, from single meetings to large multilingual events.
• Advise clients on the best interpreting solution and translate requirements to a plan.
• Select, brief, and coordinate interpreters and technicians as needed.
• Coordinate briefings, materials, and run technical checks during sessions.
• Oversee budgets and profitability; manage costs to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Senior PMs to improve processes and workflows.
