Job summary

Alfasigma seeks an IT professional to lead the Global IT Enterprise Core Services, shaping identity and access across hybrid on-prem and cloud environments. You will manage Active Directory and Entra ID, SSO/MFA, and governance for collaboration platforms in a regulated setting.

The role requires strong Azure/365 experience, IAM lifecycle skills, and a proactive approach to security and automation. Location options include Pomezia, Alanno, Milan or Bologna.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with AD and Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Design experience and identity governance knowledge.
• Proficient in SSO, MFA, Conditional Access and federation protocols.
• Experience with IAM lifecycle, provisioning, and access reviews.
• Admin of Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
• VMware/Hyper-V virtualization and hyperconverged infra know-how.
• Hybrid-cloud familiarity (Azure) and endpoint security integration.
• Automation scripting (PowerShell, Graph) for lifecycle tasks.
• Security best practices and Zero Trust principles.
• Validated in regulated environments (GxP/GMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and evolve identity platforms (AD/Entra ID) including hybrid identity.
• Manage authentication services: SSO, MFA, CA and federation.
• Design IAM processes: provisioning, de-provisioning, PAM, access reviews.
• Support Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Enforce identity policies aligned with security/compliance.
• Integrate apps with the corporate identity platform.
• Coordinate endpoint identity security (Intune/MDM) with Workplace.
• Lifecycle management of core-service systems (config, patch, upgrades).
• Monitor health, incidents and root cause; participate in DR/BCP.
• Maintain validation docs per GxP/GMP; work with vendors/ integrators.
• Lead security modernization initiatives (Zero Trust, lifecycle automation).
