Campari Group in Milan, Italy seeks a Global IT Senior Specialist IAM Operations to own the JML lifecycle, manage IAM run services, and partner with Cyber Security, HR, and SAM to ensure timely access changes and audit readiness.

You will lead an IAM L1-L2 operations team, oversee SailPoint activities, integration with SuccessFactors, Active Directory, and SAP, and drive automation to reduce manual effort while securing access across a global landscape.

Competenze

• Experience using and managing SailPoint as part of JML is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar technology.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in service delivery and project activities globally or regionally.
• Technical understanding of Active Directory, SAP, O365.
• Experience managing end-to-end JML processes in a global organization.
• Hands-on SailPoint IGA operational experience with lifecycle events and approvals.
• Working knowledge of SuccessFactors (or similar HRIS) as identity source.
• Directory services expertise: Active Directory & Entra ID.

Mansioni

• Ensure day-to-day operational delivery of IAM services and JML activities within SLAs.
• Oversee third-party IAM L1-L2 service provider performance and improvement.
• Coordinate IAM with HR systems, Identity Governance, directory services, ITSM, and downstream apps.
• Manage SailPoint lifecycle events, birthright access, access requests, and certifications.
• Handle IAM-related incidents, provisioning failures, and access exceptions with escalation as needed.
• Support access certification campaigns and readiness checks with business reviewers.
• Monitor IAM KPIs and report service performance to stakeholders.
• Assist audit activities with evidence from IAM and ITSM systems.
